The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed (unless otherwise detailed in our Terms and Conditions). Where possible, we will endeavour to have your item(s) dispatched same day. In order for this to be possible, please place your order before 13.00 GMT/BST.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Domestic and EU/EEC deliveries should take up to 7 days, but could be longer depending on the local delivering agent. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days, but again, can be constrained by the local delivering agent.
Returns: Any products delivered defective will be replaced or refunded - we will cover your return postage costs too, but we need you to help us out and report the issue within 30 days. If you simply don't like what you have bought from us, you may return it, at your own expense, to us, unused and in its delivered condition with the original packaging, within 30 days.
