Delivery is free in UK, USA, EU/EEC, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand. For all other countries, postage will be calculated at Check Out.
Our products are sourced directly from the manufacturer so you can have total confidence in the product you order is genuine and is backed by the manufacturers own warranty. Your peace of mind is essential to us.
Any products delivered defective will be replaced or refunded - we will cover your return postage costs too, but we need you to help us out and report the issue within 30 days. If you simply don't like what you have bought from us, you may return it, at your own expense, to us, unused and in its delivered condition with the original packaging, within 30 days. Absolutely! All products will be sent to you, as we receive them from the manufacturer, with their official and undamaged packaging. Naturally we can't be held responsible for any damage in transit, but the packaging is primarily there to keep the product in perfect condition until it gets to you.
